Problem with comments imported from Outlook replies

I just outlined the problem in http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/JT-23955. This is really a major problem for us since we converted to 5.1 today. I'd appreciate this being fixed ASAP, otherwise we may have to think of a way to go back to 5. I'm currently manually updating all support replies :(
