Rule when issue is updated

Hi,

I want to know when an Issue is updated, is there anyway to do this in workflow? I tried couple different ways but it is not working.

I tried "when issue.updated.changed"

I put message in this block but message is not showing.

Another question, when I make changes on Issues page messages are appearing but when I make changes on Agile Board it is not showing alert messages.

Please leave the stateless rule <condition> block empty if you like the rule to be executed on any issue change. Use filed.changed, field.becomes(), comments.added.isNotEmpty etc to specify the kind of issue change.
