Email comment formatting

In my initial testing of the helpdesk features, I've discovered a couple of issues in our instance - the first of which is the formatting of comments submitted via email. They appear be wrapped in markup that isn't being processed/rendered correctly and only becomes visible when editing the comment. Running v5.2

Am I correct with the scenario- customer answered to YouTrack notification and the comment added to the issue looks corrupted?
Please, provide me with the original email message from customer in .eml format. Do you know what email client was used? Does this reproduce for other users/email clients or it's just the only case?

Hi Andrey,
That email was sent from the Gmail web interface. I've tested further with an iPhone and the RedCube webmail application and have obtained different results with all three. Please see attached.
