Howto correctlly map TeamCity username to YouTrack username to provide commands in vcs commit comment?

Hello, I have a problem with providing commands in vcs commit command. I Have map YouTrack project with TeamCity build configuration (screens 1-5 - integration mapping, user profiles). I try to pass command '#Dricq-3 Fixed' in commit comment to mercurial source control. Then I launch TeamCity build, that is successfully finish. On the issue page teamcity chages tab in YouTrack I see new changes. I understand thar issue id and my command is recognized by YouTrack, but my TeamCity username or maybe VCS username is not found (screens 6-9 - teamcity changes, command errors). It seems to me, usernames and emails in TC and YT are the same. Where and what I must type to make YouTrack and TeamCity trust each over?

Best regargs.

Hello Dmitry,

Sorry for a delay!
YouTrack and TeamCity users are compared by emails. So, please check this.
You are always able to have a look at this guide to set everything up correctly.

Thank you.

Hello, Andrey.

Yes, I read this guide. So emails in TeamCity profile and YouTrack profile are the same, as I post later. See the screenshots (in some reason they disappear from first post o_o). Whether it is matter who starts the build in TeamCity with commented commit's changes? Or maybe I have to provide my email in some aother place?

Best regargs.

I'm having the same issue - constantly getting email alerts stating

"What's wrong with the user name and command?
No user information was provided by TeamCity. The most probable reason is that the author hasn't specified a VCS user name in their TeamCity profile.
You can configure your TeamCity user profile"

But to my knowledge, these are both using the same screen name / email addresses.

See screen shot.

Thanks for your help.
