Email notifications aren't working!

I'm the admin for two projects that has been created in youTrack and have assigned all notifications to be received by me!
However, when some people create a task for that project I am no receiving any notifications to say that a task has been created.
It's quite frustrating and I can't monitor it!

Can someone please help me??

See attached the image of the Filters & Notifications.

When I create a task I receive an email, and I receive it also when some staff create but for some not.
Do I need to create a saved search for any task created by anyone in the project to get notifications?

Just a bit confused.

Thank you for details.
You receive notifications when you create issue, because you have 'Receive notifications on my own changes' option enabled.
Could you please provide me with the details from me recent reply:

I see, two projects there - M and PC, so could you please provide me with the queries you've got under these searches and check that you can see issues on Issues list exact on these searches.

Sorry about the late reply....I can read issues when I do the 'project: <project_name> #Unassigned' and I do receive emails when they come in.
See attached the images with the results.

When someone creates a task I receive an email, but if anyone creates one and assigns I don't get anything, is there a way around this?
So far staff have been adding me as a watcher but I just want to be able to get all emails when any task is create for either project.

Appreciate for the screenshots.
Looks like your recent message shed some light on this.
'but if anyone creates one and assigns I don't get anything' - assigning issues is an update. So, please check that 'on issue updated' trigger is enabled for these saved searches. Also, check another triggers in case you assume receiving notifications on other actions.
Please, also mind that change that you make during one minute after issue creation doesn't define as an issue update, that is you'll receive notification on issue created only.
One more thing you might be interested, is notifications schemes.

Is there a way to get notifications for issues updated?
Technically it is an issue that is created but assigned to a person so therefore it should be classified as an issue created as well as updated no?

In any case, my staff know to add me as a watcher so should be fine for now but would be a good feature to implement.

Hi Lily,

As I've described earlier, if the issue was changed within a minute after creation, notification will be sent on issue created only. Is this is yours scenario? If it's not, then please, enable notifications 'on issue updated' and notifications about updates will be promptly received.
May I kindly ask you, why do you need notifications on issues updates separately from issues creation notifications, taking into account the change was made within a minute after issue reporting?
