What is the best way to search for an issues that needs a response? ie. the last comment is by the end user and not a registered user.

Sort by updated should help. It's default sorting, but , just in case:
Thank you.
If a youtrack user updates the ticket then it goes to the top using this sort.
I was hoping that there was a search to only show issues updated by the Reporter user.
I have tried:
Updater: Report filter - this shows new issues created which have not been replied to. I am looking for a search for the end users who have replied.
Commented by: Reporter this works but it returns issues that youtrack users have already replied to.
Last commenter: Reporter - same as above.

Thank you.
Occasionally though I get resolved issues returning to this list, I think it is becasue the reporter has linked another isssue to it as it has the same subject.
Is there a war to prevent this?
