Hi,

It's not an InCloud instance, we are hosting it ourself. Is there anything
we can do ourself?

I found a ticket describing the problem I have here
https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/JT-23075. We have bought a license
so we can have youtrack internally, so is there a way I can fix this myself?

What's the YouTrack version?
Please, specify scenario. If you're not really going to remove project, please attach Swimlane and Priority fields to projects used on the board.
