Warning: User authentication is disabled due to technical problems with Ring integration.

I just upgraded from YouTrak 5.2 to YouTrack 6.0 (build 12463 - as shown in the screenshot below).

I had some trouble importing the data initially.. but now I can login and I am seeing the issues.. so data seems imported.

However during login I am getting user authentication is disabled... can't connect to Ring.. (see screenshot)..

What should I configure?.. right now none of the user can login.

Edit: Added service.log and youtrack-stdout.log

Hi,

While we're investigating logs, could you please try to restart YouTrack instance?

Thank you.

Hi,

Could you please provide us with jetpass-server.log? How did you install YouTarck (zip, msi, jar) and what's the build (mentioned in footer)?

Thank you.

Hi,

I am not sure whether you got my reply in the email... I am reposting it here in case you didn't get the reply.

Attached is the log... I installed it on Windows Server 2012 Standard using the MSI installer.
The build is 12463 (attached is the screenshot for your confirmation).
I can give you Remote Desktop access to the server if you want...

Thank you for the details.

Could you please refer to http://dev:8081/hub > More settings > Services > send us a screenshot of YouTrack service details?
Are there any firewalls or anti-virus software?

Rosdi,

I kindly ask you to provide us with the database (database location sets during installation process). The database can be uploaded to our ftp server. All users have only write access to the server.

Thank you.

I tried to login to dev:8081/hub as root, but it does not recognise that credential (see try_to_login_as_root.jpg).

So I registered myself an account (username: rosdi), but there is no 'More settings > Services >' as you mentioned (see register_as_rosdi.jpg)

Standard Windows 2012 firewall is there, but this is to the outside world... I don't think it interferes with YouTrack since everything is localhost.

There is no antivirus installed.

Hi I uploaded two files,

teamsysdata 5.2 before upgrade.zip and teamsysdata 6 after upgrade.zip

If it make it easier for you, I can give the remote desktop password so that you can access the server if you want. Let me have your email and I will email it to you the password.

Regards.

Rosdi,

Thank for uploading databases.
What are the file names?

By now, we'd like to debug databases, so remote desktop is not required.

Thank you.

The uploaded file names are: "teamsysdata 5.2 before upgrade.zip" and "teamsysdata 6 after upgrade.zip"

Any progress on this? I assume I will just have to wait for newer releases and see if it fixes anything?
