Substring summary

Please help. I need to replace summary of issue becomes reported.

My summary is - "RegId = 48609.– .... RegId = 48054.– some summary". i want to save "some summary".

So, before "some summary" i have many blocks "RegId = [0-9]{5}.– ". How to remove them correctly?
