I can't edit description issue from emails channel

I can't edit description issue from emails channel.
I've this message :
This content is unavailable for editing in Visual mode because it is formatted in HTML. To update this information, switch to Markdown mode.
How can i fix this.

Hi! Switching to Markdown mode is not possible here and would not help, since ticket descriptions are not allowed to be edited at all. When an agent clicks the icon to edit the ticket, only editing the summary (subject) is allowed. This message does look confusing in this context, however, so I've shared this with the team for improvement. Thanks for letting us know about it.
