YT HelpDesk- Copy required fields to new issue from comment
The New Issue from Comment feature only works if we set all of our fields to “Can be empty,” or not required. I'm trying to edit the workflow for Ticket-from-comment to copy over the customer ID from the original ticket over to the new ticket from comment. I used the Alias “custID,” but I haven't had any luck. Does anyone else know what I can do to copy over required fields to the new ticket from comment?

Please try the following syntax:
Make sure the name of the field in the quotation marks is exactly the name you see in the issue field list.
