Loading Issues in YouTrack: Help Needed

Dear Community,

One of our colleagues is experiencing loading issues with certain YouTrack pages, specifically when clicking on Projects or Dashboard. Individual issues load without any problems. Our YouTrack instance runs on our own server, not in the cloud.

When the colleague works from home and connects via VPN, the pages do not load, but they work fine in the office. We tested using her phone’s hotspot with the VPN, and it loaded correctly then. We also tried different browsers without extensions or third-party integrations, but the issue persists.

Do you have any suggestions for what might be causing this problem?

Hi! Some fixes for various dashboard issues have been introduced recently, so as the first step, we would recommend upgrading to the currently latest version 2024.3.47707. Downloads are available here: Get YouTrack.

thx for your answer. We found the problem. It turns out that the problem is about VPN and user's home internet provider. When we switched to another VPN, then it works fine.
