Authorization Failed - License Vault trying to Activate

Hello,

We are using the license vault and this morning we have a number of users that can't authorize with Jetbrains to get a license from the license server.  Users show as Authorized on the admin console and nothing has changed recently to not allow access.  Has anyone seen this,  it seems that only when we are trying to get a license and we click activate than it gives us the error. attached.
