Organization(issues and articles associated to projects of this org) accessible to all users
Issues and articles of project named dummy-project which is in a organization named final-org are accessible to all users(standard users and agent) irrespective of any roles and access settings.
In my case all issues and articles of project within organization are visible to all users if even i applied observer role, created custom role with no permissions and assigned to user.

Hi Waseem! As we've established, there was an issue with the correct display of organization-related permissions, but it was instance-specific, and we fixed it. Once it was fixed, it was clear that the user had an organization role that allowed them to view issues and articles in the project.
Overall, the Access tab in the project settings can be used to review access levels of different users and groups in the project, and roles granted within organizations are reflected there as well.
