Пропал доступ к Users / Groups и ошибка UserGroup not found после переноса группы в Team (YouTrack Cloud). Другие пользователи тоже не могут теперь назначить исполнителя в задаче.
Hello everyone,
I encountered an issue in YouTrack Cloud that may not be an isolated case.
Only one user group was moved into Teams.
No admin groups were modified directly. I have System Administrator rights at the project level.
After this change, the following problems occurred:
- the Users and Groups sections became unavailable - the pages open empty, without any error messages;
- it looks as if all users “disappeared”, although they are still visible inside project settings;
- some users lost the ability to assign and reassign issues;
- when trying to change an assignee, the following error appears:
Something went wrong.
Item of type UserGroup with id [GUID] is not found
Important:
- users did not actually disappear;
- all users are still present in projects and visible in project settings;
- project-level roles (Project System Administrator) are still assigned;
- there is no access to Realm / Hub (global user and group management).
As a result, the system appears to be in an inconsistent state: projects are functioning, but there is a broken reference to a UserGroup that is no longer available at the Hub level.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any advice on what can be done in this situation?
