Enum field default empty

When creating a custom enum field and setting the empty value to be `No Value` and `Can Be Empty`, I get a warning the the field is required.

This doesn't actually seem to be the case since, when editing an issue, it allows me to save the issue without inputting a value. Is this a UI bug in the custom fields settings?

We're using InCloud 2018.2 Build 42337.

Please create a support ticket (top right corner) and state there the name of your instance, since I can not reproduce the issue.
