Adding new users doesnt work because service is under maintenance

Hello,

we are getting an error when new users try to register to our youtrack using windows user name and pw.

Translated to english its something like "The service is currently under maintenance and is write only. Changes cant be saved".

Things we changed lately:

  • We updated our licence 2 days ago
  • We have made an upgrade to the latest version of youtrack 1 day ago.

 

Any suggestions?
