How to grant permission/role to all project

I have auditors that need only  Read permission to all the project, so I assigned the users to Observer group with the Observer role, but we have several projects defined is there a way to assign to all of them instead of adding one per time?  the Drop-down on "Grant Role" doesn't allow multi selection and "ALL" or "*" doesn't work either...

Any way to do?
