Sender Email Address not displaying in ticket

Hi all,
I've setup a Project in YouTrack which has our support inbox integrated. When someone sends an email to our support email address a ticket get created in the appropriate project, but unfortunately I can not see the senders email address, how can I add this information to the ticket?
