Visible to problem
Hi
after create project and add issues new members or team add to the project but not appeared in (visible to) !
1-How can I fix this problem?
2-how can I set default visible to for some issues and projects?

You need to restrict the visibility for groups only as per: https://www.jetbrains.com/help/youtrack/standalone/Set-Visibility-of-Issue-or-Comment.html , https://www.jetbrains.com/help/youtrack/standalone/Manage-User-Groups.html .
