How I can create custom field calculated based on issue hashtags?

Hello,

I have issues with custom hashtags (~about 20). I want to calculate score of this issue based on this hashtags values and include this score to task as new field. So, I need custom field with continuous output values and without preset values.

Can I do it in YouTrack?
If someone will give me advice on how to do this, I will be very grateful!
