Read Exported Database with Xodus Entity Browser?

in Youtrack InCloud I've exported a database backup as the manual says.

then I unzip the backup file: '2018-01-04-19-55-49.tar.gz'

and got two directories:

• youtrack
• hub

How can I see the contents of the database?

I have tried with the Xodus Entity Browser.
and it shows the error that is  'Database is ciphered with different/unknown cipher parameter'
as shown in the image

How can I see the contents of a Youtrack inCloud backup file???

If it's not possible to see it'scontents then What is the point of downloading a backup export?
