Add parent and subtasks at same time

I recently read about the feature to create an issue template URL. This is very helpful!
Is there a way to generate a issue template URL that will create a parent issue AND one or more subtasks to that parent at the same time?

Hello Shannon,
when you're clicking an issue template URL, you're directed to the form for creating a new issue. When you click 'Create' button on that form, only one issue is created, so you can't create parent and/or subtasks for this issue at the same time.
What you can do is generate your issue template so that this new issue is linked to other issues (as parent, subtask etc.).
