Dark Theme not working

Hi 

I just updated our team's Youtrack version to the latest version (2019.1)
and it seems that the Dark Mode feature is not working. Whenever I enable it, nothing changes. I'm not sure if I missed a step in the installation process but it went smoothly.
Hope you can help me. Thank you.

Found the problem now :) I'm opening it in IE instead of Chrome. it's working fine in Chrome. thank you
