Changing default Kanban template

Is there a way to change the Kanban default template?

We use a different naming convention than in YT template but this is a minor issue, we can adjust our naming. It would be nice to be able to change "Stage" names.

However we also use one more state/column for tickets/cards. I know we can adjust Kanban Board after creating kanban project but it would be much more efficient if a new Kanban project had the one extra columns already added and configured.

Any suggestion is very much appreciated.
