Can't assign new issue to existing project

All of a sudden a number of my projects have disappeared from the pop-down menu list of projects. I need to assign a new issue to a specific project, but it's not in the list. When I click on the Projects button at the top, i DO see the project listed there with all my other projects. When I'm on the Issues page and filer by the project name, I see existing issues for that project, but when I click on the blue Everything pop-down menu, my project is not there. Can anyone help?

This didn't used to be that way (last week everything was working correctly). I tried logging out and back in to no avail. I'm the admin on these projects

Hello,

This issue may occur if you enable the Custom Project Template option for your project. Should you have any further questions, feel free to contact us.

Hey Oleg,

So there is no option to customize `custome project template` on current project and still be able to chose it from the current pop-down menu?

Thank,

Hello Paseferynski,

I am afraid, your issue is not completely clear to me. Do you want to hide any project from the menu? Should it be hidden for only some groups of users?

Hello Oleg,

What i meant. I'm unabel to setup `custome project template` on current project.If i'll do that, that particular project cannot be selected any more from drop dwon menau.

So i'm setting up a template on an existing project;

When i'll do that that particualr project isn't available anymore in dropdown;

Thank you for the clarification. This is expected behavior - projects that are marked as custom project templates are not accessible in the same way as active projects. Please refer to the Custom Project Templates article for more information.
