Re-sync Import from Jira



we have imported our service desk from Jira into YouTrack. There was an error and we wanted to start the import from scratch.


I deleted all of the tickets listed in YouTrack, ran the import again but none of the tickets have synced across.

I then deleted the project, ran the import again, and this time the project was created but the tickets are still not synching.


What can we do to reset this one project?

Issues' numbers could be changed in case if some errors occur during the import procedure. I see that you created a separate support ticket regarding this issue. So, let's continue to discuss it there.
