Upgrade from YouTrack 2018.2 to 2020.2

Hello,

I want to Upgrade from YT 2018.2 to 2020.2.

The documentation says, it is recommended to go first to Version 2019, and than to Version 2020.

Would it also be possible to go directly from 2018.2 to 2020.2?

Is there a download-archive, where it is possible to download Version 2019 (the latest), to follow the regular Upgrade path? On Website, I couldn't find anything regarding this...
