How to link to other KnowledgeBase articles Follow
Although I can organize KnowledgeBase articles hierarchically, I would like to be able to link across articles. e.g. something like:

For creating a link to another article you can just insert the id of the article into the text and it will be automatically converted to the link.

May I ask you to elaborate on your use-case a bit?
As I understand, you want to link the issues to the KB's automatically on the step of the creation of the issue? Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Unfortunately, it is not possible. As an alternative, you can just insert the Issue ID to the KB (or vice-versa) and it will be parsed by the YouTrack. Please refer to this article: https://www.jetbrains.com/help/youtrack/standalone/youtrack-markdown-syntax-issues.html#issue-links
