Custom (sub)domain not working

Issue:

If I go to help.mydomain.com/youtrack I get redirected to help.mydomain.com.myjetbrains.com/youtrack and get an error "help has not been registered as a YouTrack InCloud instance." but I should be redirected to mydomain.myjetbrains.com/youtrack

What I've done

  • Under Domain settings I have set my Base URL to: https://help.mydomain.com/youtrack (status = CNAME bind complete)
  • I have added a CNAME record in my DNS (Cloudflare) which is as follow:

Type: CNAME
Name: help
Target: mydomain.myjetbrains.com

What am I doing wrong?

Hello,

According to your system help.myjetbrains.com has not been verified, thus the issue you faced. Have you tried activating it first?
