Shell Environment article

This concerns this release notes article, which is linked from IntelliJ if it fails to load the shell environment. IMHO better answers would be:

• Launch IntelliJ via Jetbrains Toolbox
• Open the project from the command line using the installed command line shortcuts: `idea .`
