Problem with license activation for "Rider for Unreal Engine"

Good morning, I bought 1 Year license for Rider to use Rider for Unreal Engine plugin to develop games in Unreal engine but I cannot renew my license it says that "Specified activation code is not applicable to this product" Can you help me activate it? There's no tutorials, no information etc. I've used this button to make 100% sure I get correct license

Hello Keldran,

Thank you for contacting Rider support.

I see you have Rider for Unreal Engine installed. It is a standalone version of Rider that supports C++ and Unreal Engine. This version is obsolete and there is no way to use it starting from 30th of June. Hence, you cannot activate it. There will be no standalone builds of Rider for Unreal Engine anymore as all this functionality was merged into regular Rider starting from Rider 2022.1.

You can freely uninstall Rider for Unreal Engine and download the latest version of regular Rider 2022.1.2 from the licenses page or via the Toolbox application
