Notify unregistered users when state changes to Shipped
Hello,
I would like to set up a module that notifies unregistered, external users when the state of a task has changed to "Shipped" or "On Roadmap". So far I am attempting to use pieces of the "Notify When Dependency Resolved" and "Notify Multiple Unregistered Users" but wanted to make sure this isn't already built? Thanks!

There are no default workflows that fit your description exactly. With that said, your understanding is correct here—“Notify When Dependency Resolved” and “Notify Multiple Unregistered Users” should be able to provide the necessary parts of code to combine into your desired workflow script (with appropriate adjustments).
