Add "-Djetbrains.youtrack.disableBrowser=true" to your command line.For example: "java -Djetbrains.youtrack.disableBrowser=true -Xmx256m -jar /Applications/youtrack-3.0.4.jar 8000".

You should omit "www". Without it your instance works fine (http://fxanalytic.myjetbrains.com/youtrack/).
