As I mentioned in the other thread - it doesn't look like it's possible to customize the issue types in YouTrack - not even version 2.0.Custom Issue Types do get pulled across from Jira installatio...

Hrm - if this was done as a TeamCity plugin, the assumption would be that the commits have ALREADY been made in the repository, whereas the intention is to prevent the commits from ever happening. ...

I'll chase this up with our operations team as they manage the installation, AFAIK the old version was removed and we only have the one instance running.

I think I've solved the issue. http://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/YTD3/Log+in+to+YouTrack doesn't explicitly mentioned what Cookies needs to be sent thru to the server for subsequent requests...
