For the benefit of others it turns out that the 403 error was being thrown because the Project name entered was the name and not the Project ID!

How to bulk edit tickets

We've added a new custom field to a project and wish to update the new field with a value for all tickets that are assigned a particular Fix Version. Is this possible to do en-masse?Thanks, Simon
