Hi Lena - Thanks - this was it - I had 2 state fields; converted one to Enum and it is working now.

Ah - you have actually answered this; the template URL contains the tags in the format expected by Youtrack, which we can update programatically.For future reference, it is done like this, with “+”...

Hi Sergey,Thanks - I'll look into this, but we want it to be more dynamic if we can - the context will change on each invocation (multiple customers etc); is there no way to set it in the URL?
