Is there a way to set watchers in issue creation request ? Or maybe to set watchers to draft and then publish it ?

How can I edit and publish draft via API ?

Could you describe Draft fields and how can I edit them and also publish it ?

Can you add drafts to API documentation ? There is absolutely no mentions of this resource path or draft entity
