Could you please specify your YouTrack version, which date formatting is in the Global setting, and which is in your account's settings? The corresponding screenshots will be helpful.

This subscribes you to the updates and helps us measure how many other customers also encounter this problem.
As a workaround, I suggest you change a date format.
