Delete user

Good afternoon I have a problem. There are 2 accounts and they are not visible in users. They are also diable. Any change to the 1st account affects the other. When you try to delete one of the accounts - it is not deleted. When you try to depersonalize an account, it depersonalizes another. How else can I delete my account. I tried to delete with moving to another, to depersonalize. In this case, the second account that does not have rights in the web page still has rights to tasks.

Currently, YouTrack doesn't allow to delete the user account without replacement. It is done in order not to loose access to issues, comments and articles which were visible only for this user. Once you "merge" two users this way, the replacement user will have access to all issues which the previous user had. Could you please specify why you need this information? If you wish to delete the user from database, this operation is impossible, I'm afraid.
