How can I turn off notification emails for a ticket

I have configured youtrack to send email notifications on updates to tickets that I have created. But sometimes these tickets get a lot of traffic so I want to stop getting notifications for them, without turning off notifications for all tickets that Inhaber created. Is that possible?
