In the YouTrack OnCloud edition how do I import a list of issues from a .csv file?

Hi Support team,

Is there a way to bulk import issues from a .csv or similar file format in the YouTrack oncloud edition?

This refers to exporting tasks out of YouTrack. I need to import tasks from a .csv file into YouTrack InCloud edition.
