Can I add a button (via a workflow) to an agile board so the issue I created are already added to this board ?

In my project, I have two boards : one for the product owner and one for the developper. 

When I click on the button (in red), i want the created issue to have some default values (custom fields for exemple), and to be included in the backlog of my project.

How can i do that ? Can i add a button via the javascript workflow to set default values to the created issue ? Are therer other ways to do it ?
