Customer chat using YouTrack

We use YouTrack to manage projects across departments within the company. We plan to use it as a Help-Desk for managing and resolving customer tickets. As part of resolving these tickets, there is often a need for online chat with the customer.

Are there integration options for YouTrack with third-party applications that address this task? Perhaps there are examples of such integration with a chat app.
