How to add helpdesk CC?

Since the new version of youtrack there is a “CCs” field in helpdesk tickets, so I would like to know how to use it. I would assume you just click on it an add a person? But I can't click on it even though I am an Admin. Am I missing something obvious here? Also is there a way to disable the feature?

Hi! Only users added as agents to the project can edit the list of CCs in helpdesk tickets. For a general overview of the feature, you are welcome to refer to our documentation: CC Recipients.
