Could you please specify if you wish to block a user and not receive any messages from this user, or if you wish not to send the notifications to this user?
Sorry for my late answer. I want to block sending notifications to user, their tickets still need to get through but, we dont want to send any automatic emails to them. We just want them to be able to send ticket to us and receive our comments to it.
I'm afraid there is no option for this at the moment. I suggest you vote for the corresponding feature request in our public bug tracker: Helpdesk: an option to control notifications a reporter receives. This helps us gauge how much impact this feature will have on our customer base, and you stay informed of the news.
