Request a feature to show the latex equation more easily in YouTrack
Currently in YouTrack, the latex equation has to be put in a fenced code block with language of latex and use environment such as `equation` or use `$$`. In many markdown editors, such as Github and obsidian, it is more natural to write the equation just inside the `$$` for display math mode or `$` for inline math mode. It is simpler and probably save time for formating.
I would appreaciate if YouTrack could support this. I think it also helps to simplify the importing and exporting process from YouTrack to other places.
Thanks.

Hi!
I'm Sergey from the YouTrack team.
Thank you for your suggestion. I cannot promise that such a change will be implemented in the near future, I'm afraid. Yet I've created a corresponding feature request in our public tracker: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/JT-79021/Latex-support-expressions-outside-code-blocks. Please feel free to vote for this issue. This helps us gauge how much impact this feature will have on our customer base, and you’ll also get subscribed to the issue’s notifications.
