RTL support no longer works after version 2023.3

Recently after updating youtrack to new version (2023.3), RTL support no longer works. I confirm that before this new version.
I can confirm that before this new release, RTL support was working really well.

Version 2023.3 introduced some improvements to the YouTrack Classic UI, so it now resembles the interface of YouTrack Lite. However, RTL support is not available in YouTrack Lite, and this apparently carried over to the enhanced YouTrack Classic UI. For example, as I can see, text is not displayed from right to left anymore in single issue view.
There is a feature request for supporting RTL in YouTrack Lite: JT-62174 Support RTL for Knowledge Base and Lite UI. Let me check with the team whether the same request should be used in this case of the updated YouTrack Classic UI.
