BUG: Editing time spent changes the date on the record
When I edit a time spent entry, the pop-up edit dialog fills the date incorrectly. The date in the pop-up is one day earlier than the date on the record.
For example, I added time spent on Feb 1, 2024. I then pressed the edit button to change the Type field. The date field in the pop-up dialog reads Jan 31, 2024. If I press Save, the record moves to one day earlier. If I edit it again and press Save, the record will now be dated Jan 30, 2024. Every edit moves the date backward by 1 day.
