Not able to submit a request

I am on this page:

Trying to submit a new request. And every time I click SUBMIT, the page reloads. No error, no nothing. nothing happens. 
I have filled in all the requested areas (although if I had not I guess the system should have told me that something was wrong - and exactly what was wrong. ) The frustration is when there is no feedback whatsoever. 

How can I get support?


I was easily able to submit this message, so I guess the problem is not on the browser or connectivity.

Forum topics and messages to the Support Team are different entities, so I wouldn't discard the browser-related version. Could you please provide us with details on which browser and OS you use?

I am using OSX Sonoma 14.4 and Safari 17.4


I have the same problem. Also on OSX Sonoma 14.4. I tried Firefox (123.0) and Chrome (122.0.6261.129).


Sonoma 14.3.1, Firefox 123.0 here — “submit” button just refreshes the page, does nothing more.
